Reflection
The world is increasingly becoming a more dangerous place to live. Every day, we hear of one destruction news or the other. People’s hearts are now failing them in terror.
However, we need not fear. We can trust God to keep His Word and protect us at all times. He is Jehovah Nissi –which means the LORD who guards, delivers, covers, preserves, shelters, and watches over us.
We are using these prayers to present the year unto the LORD and claim His protection over our lives, families, communities and the nation.
Declare these scriptures over the year and believe God’s protecting Hand to be released over your life and family.

- Heavenly Father, I thank You because You are ever faithful to Your Word. You have promised to strengthen and protect me from the evil one, and I am confident that this You will do continually. Receive all glory forever and ever, in Jesus name.
- LORD, I make You my habitation and dwelling place this year. By the Holy Spirit, cause me to dwell in Your secret place and abide under Your shadow, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, I put my trust in You, and I make You my fortress and refuge. Deliver me and my family from every trap and snares of the enemy this year, and protect us all through the year, in Jesus name.
- Father LORD, I raise a standard against every satanic trap this year. I pass judgment against all forms of deadly diseases planned. I forbid the activities of evil hunters and fowlers, in my life and family this year, in Jesus name.
- Heavenly Father, cover me and my family with Your Feathers, and keep us safe under Your wings, all through this year, in Jesus name.
- I rebuke the spirit of fear, terror and worry. I command these demons to lose their grips over my life and family and get back into the abyss, in Jesus name.
- I am not afraid for the terror that happens at nights, nor for the arrows that flies by day, nor the diseases that attack in darkness, because God is with me, He will never allow me to be shaken or moved, in Jesus name.
- O LORD, even if a thousand falls by our side, or ten thousand at our right hand, we shall be delivered, protected and shall never be affected. No evil shall befall me and my family; neither shall any destruction come near our dwelling place, in Jesus name.
- LORD, let Your angels sent to minister to us, who are the heirs of salvation, keep us in all our ways this year. May we never dash our foot against a stone, in any way, in Jesus name.
- All through this year, O LORD, we shall tread upon the lions and the serpents, and we shall trample the dragons and the scorpions under our feet, in Jesus name.
- This year, LORD, deliver us daily and set us on high, and satisfy us with excellent life, in Jesus name.

Wow! This is so exciting to me! However, I need prayer for getting in line with God! I’ve had a lot of trouble with doing the fast because I’m relying on my daughter Janaei for food. I know its terrible thing to have to , but being homeless is no joke!
I think what I’m going to do is 3 days just 1 meal since I lost medical coverage for 2 major medicines!
No more excuses! Just do! Pray for clarity, and answers for direction in taking care of myself!
I can’t take the shame my daughter Janaei and her boyfriend Chris! Trust me! I’ve always been able to work until bow!
Yet, I will stand firm on the rock of my salvation! I’ll start fast ing in the morning! Thank you every day for reminding me its not about me but it’s Kingdom business!
