Feed Your Faith, Not Your Fears – Prayers and Declarations

Introduction

In August 2017, I published a book titled, Deliverance of the Mind. While I was writing that book, I had a strange vision (written in the book too). Towards the end of that early morning vision, I heard a voice say to me,

“If you don’t close your door, the enemy will gain entry.”

God taught me that the door to our physical lives is our minds. The enemy preys on our minds. He wants to plant fear, anxiety, and hopelessness. When (and If) we let him, he takes over and controls the ships of our lives.

In chapter 13 of that book, I wrote on the topic, How to Renew Your Mind Daily. I outlined four areas you must violently work on if you want to have a transformed mind. I stated:

1. Review Your Social Media Usage
2. Review Your Attachment to the News
3. Prayer-Cleanse Your Mind Every Night
4. Hide the Word in Your Heart Daily

Today, I feel inspired to remind you of these instructions again.

Yes, the world is currently going through a difficult situation. The COVID-19 plague is not a child’s play. But while we are getting all the facts from the media, we must be watchful not to cross the thin line.

I believe there is a very thin line between information, precautions, and fear.

You can get all the facts from the media, but YOU MUST remain in faith.

Remain positive.

This is a sign of the end, not the end.

As a child of God, you will get through this situation safe in Jesus name.

You Are Protected – Apostle Chris Benjamin

“And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt” Exodus 12:13

“For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you” Exodus 12:23

What is a token? A token could be taken as a mark, a sign, and or a symbol. In the scriptures above, the blood is to be a mark, a sign and a symbol that will be placed upon every house wherein an Israelite was present. On sighting this blood, the plague will not enter the house. Death will pass over, deliverance was assured for everyone inside the house.

In a world filled with all kinds of dangers, fears and unforeseen circumstances, accidents, terrorism, wars, natural disasters of all sorts and sudden outbreak of diseases and pandemics for that matter, threatening the whole world almost at the same time, with scientists scampering to find solutions, people are afraid as they get confronted with the fact that they may be next in line for a mishap. As the world faces these dangers, where do we belong? Is there any hope for us? Are we just living at the mercy of sicknesses and diseases?

In our search, we realize our incapabilities and why we must turn to the superior power of the creator and seek him for help else we perish.

Hear God address his people again, and he says:

“Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? Why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?” Jeremiah 8:22

The implication of the scripture above is that there is an already planned solution to the problem of health matters. God is interested in what is happening in your health area now, he wants you healed and fully recovered. Above that, he wants you to live in sound health.

The fact that someone close to you may have been attacked by whatever name the sickness may be called does not in any way mean that you will be attacked! The fact that someone around you died does not mean that you are going to die!

The blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth covers you, declare now:

• I am covered by the blood of Jesus Christ
• No disease upon the Egyptians shall come near my dwelling place
• My wife, husband and children are under the blood cover, we are too protected to be attacked by any plague
• By the stripes of Jesus, we were and are already healed so in our bodies lie the ANTI-VIRUS against every virus infection
• Our defense is too superior to every known disease and the ones not even yet known. We cannot be infected.

ENCOURAGEMENT FOR YOU

If you have ever believed God for anything in the past and got an answer, in this time of crisis, do you think that God could just be keeping quiet and waiting for you to die? It cannot be, the God we serve who is a loving and caring God is a proactive God, he does not wait till crisis begin before he acts. He got you covered.

Hear the scripture again speaking directly to you, and it says:

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:31-32

If God did not spare his son Jesus, and sent him to die for you, which death, he died, and paid the price for your sins by and with his precious blood, WHAT AGAIN WILL GOD NOT FREELY GIVE YOU? Is it health and healing? He covered that in the death of Jesus Christ; and that he did, by his precious blood.

“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold … But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot” 1 Peter 1:18-19

In case you do not understand it, this blood with which you are redeemed carries protection and healing for you. The scripture says:

“Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy” Psalm 107:2

What current enemy could be as deadly as the Corona Virus ravaging the world right now? Hear this: We are not left without a solution and an answer to the situation.

All manner of speculations and information could be in the air as regards to the source/origin of the virus but whatever the news says comes down to one thing at the bottom line and that is found in John 10:10:

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”

God knows everything that is happening now. Hear the scriptures:

“… For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” 1 John 3:8b

Everything surrounding the COVID 19 Virus manifestation is nothing but the work of the devil – to steal livelihood of people, kill businesses, destroy lives, relationships, economies of nations and much more, BUT Jesus already DESTROYED the agenda of the devil through the Virus by his blood shed on the cross.

The opening scriptures I quoted in this article state clearly that the blood was what protected the children of Israel when the plague of death as it were came upon the land. God said: The blood shall be A TOKEN upon the houses WHERE YE ARE.

Understand that the blood of Jesus MARKS YOU OUT! Wherever you are, you carry a notification, a warning to whatever kills and wastes lives. God even labelled his people during their journey with a “TOUCH NOT” tag!

“Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm” Psalm 105:15

Pray like this now:

Every disease projected from the pit of hell targeted against me and my household, be destroyed now, I command you to be rolled back to the pit in the miracle working name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

I wish to encourage you to trust the healing God, the God who beyond his healing ability, protects and defends his children in the presence of sickness, and all manner of dangers and attacks. You are marked, you are separated from these diseases and plagues. Don’t let the fear of these plagues keep you down, don’t let your heart fail because of what is happening around the world.

“Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken” Luke 21:26

The powers may be shaken now, but God is not shaken. I speak faith to you now and command every fear and symptom of heart failure to leave you right now in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Hear this word of faith:

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” 2 Timothy 1:7

And:

“Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts” Jer. 15:16

 

It is time again to hold unto God, to EAT GOD’S WORDS of faith like food, morning afternoon and night, to exercise the power in spoken words, to continue to declare your protection from every deadly plague by faith.

 

Do not fear in this season for you are covered with the BLOOD OF JESUS! Your family and everything around you is covered. You are too protected to be destroyed.

Prayers and Declarations

1. I cancel every arrangement of the devil to bring diseases and plagues in the air near my dwelling place, no disease will come upon me and my household in the name of Jesus Christ.

“… I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee” – Exodus 15:26b

2. I pray and declare now that for my sake, every member of my household, everyone under my covering is protected. They will come out without a scratch from this disease in the name of Jesus Christ.

“… Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee” – Acts 27:24

3. Today, I declare that my Spirit, Soul and Body are preserved. Whatever may be programmed against me to take away my joy, be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.

“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” 1 Thess 5:23
